Quality at EDC is an organizational discipline embedded across all operational levels — from corporate planning to rig-floor execution. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) integrates quality, health, safety, environmental, and process safety requirements into a unified framework.

Quality Framework
Document & Process Control
All procedures are maintained under a three-level document hierarchy (IMS Levels 1–3), ensuring instructions are current, accessible, and version-controlled across all sites.
Internal Audit Program
Systematic audits against ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and API Q1. Findings are tracked through a nonconformance and corrective action process with defined resolution timelines.
Management Review
Senior leadership conducts periodic reviews of IMS performance — including quality KPIs, audit findings, customer feedback, and resource adequacy — with outputs directed to continual improvement.
Supplier & Contractor Control
Externally provided products and services are subject to EDC's vendor qualification and evaluation process, aligned with API Q1 supply chain requirements.
