Quality Assurance Specialist
Description
• Participating and executing the internal QHSE audits, preparing the audit reports, and reporting the findings to the management/ concerned parties. (After fulfilling the required lead auditor training).
• Participating in external audits, and following up on closure of audit Non-conformances.
• Participating in reported investigations (Non-conformances) related to product and service, and any raised quality with the concerned parties, following company procedures and external regulatory requirements in cooperation with all company departments.
• Ensuring that the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety, environmental protection, and consumer rights. Also, ensuring that the company has adequate resources to meet its obligations.
• Keeping the QA Manager updated on all QA matters.
• Executing, developing, reviewing, and issuing QMS procedures and instructions to ensure that they continue to meet evolving requirements in this industry, legal requirements, and the requirements of the Client(s).
• Participating, preparing, and executing the annual management review meeting to comply with international standards.
• Participating in the preparation of prequalification and tender documents related to QA part for current and potential Client(s).
• Participating and representing the company in meetings, conferences, etc. as delegated by the QA Manager.
• Carrying on other QA duties within the scope of this job description and the instructions from the QA Manager.
Job Overview
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0-2 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Practical knowledge of international standards ISO 9001
Responsibilities
- The QA Specialist has the responsibility of ensuring that the Quality Management System is properly implemented, and maintained in EDC. The QA Specialist shall ensure that the QMS requirements and regulations are properly set, and accordingly implemented across all EDC departments.
